As others have already said, yes, this is an addiction. A two-pronged approach is what I would suggest. Find something you are interested in (hobby) to spend time on that. Limit mongering to a weekly or less basis, but for longer duration if you can to keep your urges down.

So I wanted to share how I got scammed, so in future guys like me who aren't cautious should double check everything.

So few weeks back I get a text at tele (very easy to find me on tele because of username), saying he is from forum and the conversation started by reciprocating contacts and he told he is new to this and would appreciate if he could get some help and then asked me when will I be mongering so he could join me; for which I agreed.

Later the date was set, and scene was planned; we were supposed to book two rooms at pullman and exchange our dishes.

Night before of scene, he asked me if I could book his room as he is scared of his wife due to card transaction issues and he assured he'd be paying for the hotel room and his dish.

I was suspicious and I waited till he arrived the hotel and then I booked for him and we drank and waited for dishes to arrive. I was being naive and didn't bother to ask for the room payment and as the birds arrived we both got busy at our room. Later, after like 45 minutes he and his bird comes to my room and he makes an excuse of taking this emergency call from his office and getting a pack cigarette from nearby 24×7 and told I could have an threesome till then and for the extra session of his bird, he'd be paying as token of appreciation.
