Oyo has a decent customer support. They are now a global company and will also go public soon. Raise a complaint about the hotel where anyone has had issues. They will lose the franchise if repeated complaints come. There have been many such cases.

Oyos are Pathetic. Once I was in an oyo and someone banged the door right at night time around 2 a. M to disturb us. They did intentionally to check if any action was going on.
