I think this is the government's old ordinance, officially published December 8th, before judge Barroso intervened and said that it is not enough and everybody has to show proof of vaccination. Correct me if I'm wrong. That is how I understand it.

Looking at the airlines page for what is required before travel on Sherpa. Con:

Unvaccinated travelers are allowed in if they cannot be vaccinated for medical reasons and / or humanitarian reasons or travelers from counties where there are no vaccines available.

They must quarantine for 5 days at place of residence. I doubt anyone will enforce this. I really don't know how they would enforce the conditions above. Since I am full vaccinated and boosted, I could care less.

One odd thing — ANVISA doesn't recognize the Moderna vaccine but it recognizes all the vaccines approved by WHO which includes Moderna.

December 18th is the date when they planned to start implementing the ordinance. The date of the ordinance is December 8th.

Typical bureaucratic bullcrap. What's the point of implementing the vaccination proof when you have a blatant loophole that people can use to get around it? People can just enter without vaccination and "quarantine" themselves. They can't be that naive and think that these people who refused vaccination in the first place are all going to follow any rules after the fact that they got in.

Agreed and the Brazilian government couldn't care less if it is enforced or not. They gave the ordinance to protect themselves. Anvisa said that to protect the Brazilian people against covid, the government has to do this and that and for the fear that Bolsonaro would face serious charges for not doing his duty, they gave the ordinance. This is when the judge Barroso intervened to avoid that unvaccinated people would come to Brazil and maybe stay in 5 days quarantine.

(It's common that the airlines are responsible for checking all the documents needed to travel to an other country. If a passenger on his way to the United States throws his passport to the airplane's toilet and on arrival seeks asylum, the airline pays tens of thousands of dollars in fines and other expenses).

I am reading some pages back out of interest and to conduct research properly, but in the meantime I have about 3 questions.

If a respected and knowledgeable Local like Rovnak could answer that would be great; anyone who knows anything knows far better than I do though, so all input is welcome.

1) Is there a way to get Brazilian citizenship or something similar, without speaking much / any Portuguese?

2) What are property prices like in a completely quiet area, which is still reasonably close to Sao Paulo (if there is any such area?

3) Around what proportion / percentage of the working girls would you say are STI-free, sterilized / on contraception, and up for BBFS (CIP)?

They can't be that naive and think that these people who refused vaccination in the first place are all going to follow any rules after the fact that they got in. The equivalent would be giving the girl the money before the session and expecting the girl to perform everything that was requested of her. Once in a while, you might get lucky and get a honest girl. But the majority of time, she will take the money and run as fast as she can.

This is really a bad look on the part of the Brazilian government, especially the supreme court. They overruled the initial quarantine proposal saying that it will be impossible to implement the quarantines and follow ups effectively. So now how is this new requirement any different? Only in wording I suppose, "You can enter with or without vaccination but if just in case you happen to have your vaccination proof in hand, we are happy to take a look."

I'm not against people who are against vaccination and this doesn't affect me since I'm already fully vaccinated. But please Brazil stop the fake trying and make up you mind.

MOA spa. The Indy Clinica people also took over the Kamna spa building in meoma last month. Full sex, no massage pretense. 200 r for one hour. Some of Indy girls sometimes go over. The building also recently renovated but the rooms are small..

Always a great thing whenever a new clinica opens up. Clinica Indy is one of my favorite clinicas. The owner, Amanda and the male manager there are competent and runs a tight ship. Having a competent and even a likable manager (s) really makes a lot of difference. Some of clinicas on the bottom of my list are there because of their management issues (ie lack of service, dropping the ball on pre-appointments, being too pushy) and not because of their lineups. Although not always the case, I do believe having a good manager = good lineup.

Needless to say I will be looking forward to visiting Spa Moah on my upcoming trip. Extra kudos for being located in Moema.

I didn't receive any info regarding price and I have no idea if this is one of those joints that only offers "massage + HJ" or provides FS. I will message them and see if I can get more info. I'm not in town at the moment so unfortunately I will not be able to go check them out myself.

Their address is Rua Miranda Guerra, 1052. They are literally 100 m from Clinica Brooklin (the new location). The nearest metro stations are Brooklin and Borbo Gato. From Moema its about 5.5 km Uber ride away.

Workers in BR typically take 1 month off a year as their vacation. I've gone on trips with pros for free so girls on SA makes no difference to me.

I was in Scandallo last Thurs and there weren't more girls than before. It was a live band night. I thought there more girls on my last visit in Sept. Don't get me wrong, still amazing numbers of hot girls. Guys should also check out the other boates like Casarao if they are in town for more a few days. Last week, I went to Scandallo once compared to 4 times to Casarao. So you can figure out my preferred boate.
