I tried to find Sagamis or Okamotos the last time I was in Brazil, but no chance.

However I did find an alternative which served me well.

For traveling back to the US, the negative test can be either PCR or antigen within one day before your flight. You can find the antigen test at most pharmacies in Brazil for about 120 r and takes about 20 minutes. If you have a CPF, it's less than 100 r. Most pharmacies accept walk-ins, if you are concerned go the day before and make an appointment.

MOA is 180 per hour. The lady manager / receptionist is a hottie. I would love to session with her but she's not for hire, LOL. The male manager is super friendly and nice. Neither of them speaks English. The room is nice and renovated.

I totally agree about the Moa receptionist, she was the hottest woman there. I would also ask her to the room. I wonder if she was working before. I heard that other receptionists flip back and forth.

Yup. Indy has great management. Super friendly. The price also is excellent at 150 r for one hour with decent rooms. They put in LED lights with Bluetooth speakers in each of the room and the girls would ask me what music I liked to play on the room speakers.

MOA has a small full bar with a few seats. The few times I went, those seats always occupied by local regulars just hanging out having a drink.

I know of 2 high-end clinicas in Vila Olympia: The Palms (R350 to house + R350 to girl) and Lotus Lounge (R330 to house + R350 to girl). These 2 clinicas are tablet-based. You will not see a physical lineup / presentation. Thus, you won't be able to interview the girls.

Curious. Which higher end clinicas do you like? I am open to trying other clinicas especially if the average hotness of girls is higher and with equal great service. I don't mind paying a little more for that. I tried Sharon massage which is 500 r for the hour. Girls are prettier but I didn't like it was a massage place with a happy / happier ending. These massages tend to be not good and the sex also quick and sub par.

Always a great thing whenever a new clinica opens up. Clinica Indy is one of my favorite clinicas. The owner, Amanda and the male manager there are competent and runs a tight ship. Having a competent and even a likable manager (s) really makes a lot of difference. Some of clinicas on the bottom of my list are there because of their management issues (ie lack of service, dropping the ball on pre-appointments, being too pushy) and not because of their lineups. Although not always the case, I do believe having a good manager = good lineup.

Needless to say I will be looking forward to visiting Spa Moah on my upcoming trip. Extra kudos for being located in Moema.

Labi Exames charged me 228 reals I believe. So about 35% cheaper than airport. I think you can get them for 200 at some spots but the effort wasn't worth it to me to do that research. I don't think you will find it much cheaper than that anywhere. At least not until mass production in a few years.

There is a location in Republica area (and others across the country). They give you a username and password and upload the results on a website the following day at 18 h (6 pm). So if you get tested on Wednesday at 10 am, you can get your results on Thursday at 6 pm. They are not open Sunday and I think limited hours (or only results?) on Saturday so plan accordingly for your return flight.

BTW PCR definitely worse experience relative to Antigen.
