This might have something to do with hormonal imbalance or shortage in certain key Vitamins / Minerals in your wife's body. It is quite common due to high levels of environmental pollution and food adulteration in this day and age. It could also be a mental block (an event in her life that she doesn't want to reveal to you about). Suggest you consult a good doctor. I had a girlfriend many years ago who had total lack of interest in sex but looked like a sex bomb. It was a terrible situation really. All my acquaintances thought we were fucking like rabbits but in reality nothing was going on between us physically. Later on she revealed that she was sexually abused as a child by her school van driver. She began therapy and finally turned into a sex kitten after a year or so. Alas we broke up but this issue can be looked into from all angles.

With the above body type in my experience two positions are typically feasible. The missionary pose and Modified Doggy. Due to the flesh in thighs and the size makes it little difficult to penetrate.
