With the above body type in my experience two positions are typically feasible. The missionary pose and Modified Doggy. Due to the flesh in thighs and the size makes it little difficult to penetrate. Apparently getting more and more common. Even in a sex filled love marriage, ask me.

Perhaps earlier woman's consent was of no value, but now with education it's gaining value and both husband and wife are making a more conscious choice. Good or bad, let everyone's morals decide.

Coming to your question, there are various ways to look at this. You could choose a hobby or pursue something difficult if you remain celibate. There are many research now that show the value of no fap.

Other option is to get something on the side. Long term or monger. Mongering is exciting no doubt, you often get a catch much beyond your capabilities just because you pay.
