I hate to sound like a broken record but Paharganj is infested with conmen and substandard places. The only real exception is Anami Day Spa on DB Gupta Road. The set up is as follows: 3. 5 K to 5. 5 K (for CBJ), they take you to the 3 star hotel next door. There is about half a dozen attractive, heathy chicks, all north Indians in two rooms on the 3rd floor! You will see the line up. This is followed by an excellent massage and then sex!

They give you the full hour! I really cannot recommend any other place in Paharganj! I am sure there are other places in Delhi which may offer better VFM, but after spending my 2 weeks vacation, I was unable to find better! I think for 5.5 k CBJ is not worth. Instead it should have been BBJ.
