Quality is so much more enjoyable than quantity to just empty balls. This doesn't make much sense. An extended appointment makes no difference for the "great ones," they're there for your money not to be your girlfriend. Their work is "easy" when they're a top girl in the club and know they will get the majority of clients, irregardless of extended time. Plenty of the great ones have regular clients and couldn't care less about extended appointments. And why would you want them on their phone or taking a smoke break if you're paying for their time? They do that enough in between clients.

Paying for an extended time, just to allow them to be on their phone is silly.
