I know its a late reply but wanted to set things right about this. The Park hotels all over are known to be monger friendly hotels. The park in kol is a known monger haven. I have had sessions in park Blore as well as in kol, Del, Hyderabad and Mum many times, without even the need for girls ID (as visitors, not overnight guests). Many park hotels have permanent rooms rented by SPs who rotate girls there (splly in Kol and Del). Most of their night clubs and bars are known pickup joints. As to the original poster's question, all the above hotels are good, in their respective rate brackets, and green, as long as your girl has an ID. If you are pulling her in for 2 nights, I don't think she can be there without registering. I guess your punting dates are already over, so this reply may not be very useful for you..
