Google search Airbnb Punta Cana bachelor mansion. There is a group that use to be called top bachelor party (now topbach handle) that has places and the same set of properties are listed by handle Valentin as well. These properties are in Cocotal golf community where things seems slightly easy. Old Kool is right though. Its easy if you are by yourself as tinder works real well there. Organizing a bunch of chicas is a challenge and definitely its much more on higher side in Punta Cana.

I don't know what villas you talk about, but I always rented airbnb around El Cortecito / LOS Corales area, and never had problem. You're alone in your own place. There is sometimes a security guy, but he's only there to protect you, and keep the area safe and clean, open the parking chain, or the front door... They usually don't say anything if you bring any guest, nor even ask for cedula. You're your own captain so don't bring back troubles to your place.

The only thing to avoid is to make noise at night, as the neighbourhood is rather families / retired people.

For sure this area is not intended for spring break parties, but rather for 2-4 individuals.

I guess you can find nice villas around designed for parties. I never searched for this, sorry I can't help you on that.

Bavaro. Avenida Francia and Avenida Espana. On this map Steves is shown as Bavaro Corner Bar.

I have been reading the forum on PC with interest. I usually travel to Boca Chica but I think that a change might be in store for me. I have a couple of questions. I want to rent an air bnb near the action of Steve's bar etc and want to avoid renting a car if possible. What area of PC is this considered in? Is it Bavaro or something different? There is no such thing as private beach in RD. Of course if one enters the beach through a private property, one may have to pay a fee for the access.

True! This 30/40 USD paid in advance against a voucher policy was adopted since 9 Feb 2022.

I went there the 8 Feb, and I could enter without paying. I was warned that I should spend at least 30 USD at the restaurant though.

The day after, I was told about this new policy. Maybe because some people got there spending all day long benefiting from the beach and services without spending a dime. Not me, I swear!

Stayed at Punta Cana several times in Feb with my fellow dude. Arrived at PUJ and rented a car for 2 weeks. I asked for a small KIA Punto cat (Cat. A), but was given a Kia Soluto (Cat C), much better. Total: 690 USD + 185 USD all insurances for the 14 days. Car was definitely a game changer for this trip as we had freedom to move when and where we wanted.

SIM card was bought at Blue Mall, just next to the airport. Claro internet package: 900 pesos for 2 weeks and 5 Gb I think. Anyway enough for intensive use (video calls, Maps, and so on).

This is my 6th or 7th time at DR. I can say that things have changed since 2018. Punta Cana has got better regarding chicas, and Sosua became a shit hole.

I would recommend to stay at a AirBNB near to 'LOS Corales Beach' or 'Florisel appartemientos' near Cortecito (stay in the square on the attached picture). Nice private beaches with chairs and umbrella, and good restaurants nearby (Citrus, good breakfast at Dalias, .). Just be careful not to stay close to Soles bar, as they play loud music till 2am on weekends. SW and 'normal' workers can be found at Drink Point, packed starting 11: pm. SW can be found at Corner's bar (ex Steeve Bar), 50 meters away on the same street. Music and quality was good at Drink Point. Music is not so loud so you can still talk. I would say 100 girls to choose from on Saturday night. There was a curfew at midnight during weekdays, and at 2 am on weekends.

Prices paid: 3000ST + 500 propina if good, and 1000 for a BJ in my car, next to Drink Point. A bit pricey but no regret. Haitianas are better than dominicanas, but this is my opinion (GFE, sweet, good manners, tall, slim and black, and they speak french just like me too).

You need an ID too, as you have to register at the entrance gate of this private property. And pay 30 USD / person (40 USD the weekend). You'll be given a voucher, and this amount will be deducted from the restaurant bill.

Luxury place, good beach restaurant and one of the most stunning beach of DR. Just don't bring there vulgar or loudy p*tas. It will not really fit the environment hahaha.

Playa Blanca is the beach of the nearby Westin Hotel, inside this huge private property of the PuntaCana resort Group.

FYI, this group was first owned by the singer Julio Iglesias, the stylist Oscar de la Renta (now dead), and a third businessman. They bought 45 years ago all this huge Punta Cana land, where they build the first and only international PRIVATE airport of the world PUJ. That's why when you book at the Tortuga Bay hotel (part of this group), it's the only airport of the world where the hotel hostess waits for you with a golf cart on the tarmac, at the feet of the plane! You'll then be out of the airport in 10 mn, due to a police and luggage VIP service.

I was addicted to Tortuga Bay 10 years ago, but it's now out of my budget. I would say it's one of the best ALL EXCLUSIVE (and not all inclusive hahaha) hotel in the Caribbean.

First time visit. Stayed in an Airbnb up the road from drink point / corner bar. Can't hear yourself think in drink point. Corner bar is cool. Always 2-3+ chicas in there. Decent food as well.

Overall I wasn't impressed with the female quality on the PC streets. Maybe one notch better than the Sosua herd. Factoring out Hatianas of course. I met two chicas in my time. A seeking Chica from La Romana. She actually drove out to see me. We had an alcohol filled night but it didn't go anywhere. She was fresh out of a relationship and was a hot mess after mucho ron. Also met a chica from tinder. A rare non pro. Had an awesome dinner and drinks and things progressed nicely. Never any talk of money and she spent the night. Spanish helps, once again. Kicked her $50 and some stuff I didn't want, for the bedroom abuse I put her through. LOL. Watch out for the tinder chicas that unmatch you on tinder right after you switch to WhatsApp. Those are the hard core pros that know the game.

Would I go back to PC? No. Much better places to monger. But pretty beaches.
