After lot of digging and search, I found that in the name of Russians most of the sp are making fool out of people, they are providing central Asian countries girls from Uzbek / kryg / kazak, tazik. It's not just Russian but even the similar countries like Ukraine, they aren't available to people here. I think sa and few high end sp's are the only source and apart from that MR profile which girls usually make when they visit and act independently, just like in case of uae and Dubai where not just these central Asian countries girls are available but Russian, Ukrainian and other European girls are available in abundance. People / sp have generalized these CIS region girl as Russians here but in reality getting them here is nearly impossible.

For Indians it's not easy to identify but a central Asian guy can easily catch their accent and even through their physical attributes. Well learnt my lesson and hopefully it will help others.
