There definitely seems to be an element of urban legend to scopolamine. The best neighboorhood is boston imo, laureles is too slow, centro too dirty (IE nutibara), poblado sucks, etc.

Boston has all the casas, and the centro vibe while being safr and more family orieneted. And all the casas are in a 10 block radius.
