Lucia Spa the one that was upstairs in Preston has moved. There is a new operator running that place at 259 Bell st Preston.

It went to shit after their star performer Yolanda left.

Apparently Lucy still owns and operates it in another location, no longer services clients herself from what I have been told, and she was top VFM when she did work.

Apparently Lucia's new shop is further up Bell st in Heidelberg just near McDonalds.

Oh that answers why.
