You can get HPV and hepatitis vaccinations and go on PREP. (Not sure about the availability in India, neither have I tried.)

• Chlamydia and gonorrhoea are symptomatic in the throat while they can be asymptotic in the vagina / anus, meaning you'll know when you get it.
• There are antibiotic resistant strains of gonorrhoea.
• You can get HPV and hepatitis vaccinations and go on PREP. (Not sure about the availability in India, neither have I tried.)
• There's a Safe sex forum section on ISG, you could find some help there, other than staying away from high risk activities.

Just used the services of my regular SP and has an awesome experience with the girl. Girl is in her early 20's tight down under and was ready for everything except anal.
