This Forum is of real help for all of us. Planning to go for subscription this month, really nice to see that we share details and help each other out. When you contact them (mostly through chat), ask everything, services provided, loc, timing, video confirmation etc.

They would try to upsell, just don't budge from your quote.

Am an old timer who moved out of India a few years ago and now back in Bangalore for 2 weeks after all this time.
