In all my spa escapades, a couple of women refused to DFK or even DATY. I have been lucky with ones who let me do both. Very rarely a NE though. In fact I don't remember any NE who would have done DFK and / or DATY. The ones I got and then became regular with are NIs. This applies only to MPs though.
