For me the simple rule of thumb I follow on MR is try to only get Afros as almost all of them I've met through MR are genuine. If it's Desi then only consider ones with lots of reviews. If it's just 3-4 reviews desis could be fakes or some scamster SP.

The foreign ones are mostly genuine but always super duper expensive on MR and I tend to avoid. I think there are better options at more economical rates available through trusted SPs.

All the hotels in Aerocity accept Local ID of the girls. Almost all are as good / as bad as each other. I've used Novotel and Roseate, and never had any issues. Just make sure you book a room with double occupancy.
