Visited Reynosa about 2 years ago and BT had very little girls around, but a bunch of Haitian dudes renting the rooms that had chicas before.

Anyone been down there recently? Did the girls return?

If you are a US citizen, the last thing the cartels want to do presently is upend the apple cart or the gravy train they presently have with human and drug trafficing into the USA. The video shows a sad story of those migrating from impoverished shit holes that cartels do not give a damn about. Two completely different circumstances. I'm not saying border towns are safe, but crossing into them to hit massage parlors with a little savvy is not a big deal.

I mostly avoid instead flying down into the interior real cities (phuck the US fat ass tourist spots). Once I learned could do this in Colombia from south Florida starting to do this in MEX now that I live in Texas. Chaos all along TX-MEX border and outback of Colombia however once fly into the interior cities what a pleasant surprise!

My military background helped me with doing this.

Again, read the statute itself: 18 USA Code 2423 - Transportation of minors. You're trying to broaden it to apply to prostitution with consenting adults based on a link to a criminal defense attorney's website which is primarily marketing and advertising to drum up business. In other words, fear mongering.

It says it's a crime to leave the states to have sex with underage person. Nothing about having sex with 18 and over, that's a misinterpretation since yes prostitution is legal in Mexico.

How about from puente Pharr? Is closest crossing to REX about 2 miles. Completely bypasses centro ciudad and most direct approach.

I've crossed and flown out of REX. Options are park on site (haven't done it).

Taxi from Zona Centro will probably be a fortune.

Or walk / taxi to the Central Bus Station and an hourly bus will take you to airport for $5.

Make sure you find the Migracion office in Zona Centro to get a FMM card, free if less than 7 days. If your visit is longer than 7 days, skip this step.

FMM permit cards at REX airport are $25 usd.

Building was being renovated in 2020, and actual departure area is one room and two gates.
