I think that place's policy vary by unit and unit owner. Anytime I've passed the place I notice punters and girls in the immediate area. That said, I don't recommend renting a unit that states what you described in its renter's policy.

Anyone been to San Peter apartments lately. I stayed there twice 2 years ago and it was definitely chica friendly and had an on-site bar. Now seeing Airbnb posts saying "Absolutely no Sex Tourism". And some other very strict rules. Anybody have any intel?

Robberies happen in Poblado / Laureles / Sabaneta / Envigado. The odds are somewhat in our favor to avoid them in those gringo gulches because we aren't as unique a target as in the rest of Medellin. The extreme risk of middle of the night forays into the barrios including Centro is well documented. Overall, be aware of surroundings and people and you are more likely than not to have a safe and enjoyable time.

As noted in the post, just as you should in any area, you should generally know areas of Medellin considered dangerous to non-locals. For a newbie, try Poblado and / or Laureles. A cabbie will tell you to put your phone down / out of sight. Or if you're that concerned about your safety with one post on this board, maybe don't go.

4100 or higher and I'm at the ATMs. I loaded up a few weeks ago but there is always room for more when the rate flirts with a 52 week high.

Today's Visa's exchange rate is $3912 COP to the USD.

It will be interesting to see which direction the exchange rate heads this week after the election, I suspect it won't move much, but hopefully am wrong, and if goes up tp 4,200 COP, I'm going to hit the ATM's.

I don't do much. I usually just hit up 3-4 Botero girls a day and walk around el centro during each pop. Then I just go back to the Airbnb right when it gets dark and call it a day.

Petro has already brought some noticeable changes in. Today in the casas, sessions with venezuelanas attract a 30% import duty, due to the new friendly relations between the neighbours. Any customer that exceeds the new worker-friendly 5 minute limit on a session w a chica will be subject to a 20% withholding tax. And all girls are required to install a new track and trace device for bareback clients in case the get pregnant and need to pursue for maintenance.

I fear the worst under this new socialist junta.

Some of both, Colombia is one of the best places that I have tried to find a seeking date. I think it is evolving into more a P4P/PPM platform then a few years ago.

The interesting thing is that I just looked after reading your post and I found several FB girls. One the the hottest FB Bello girls that I have sessioned with is on Seeking. LOL. And I saw more than one FB girls on it. These are also more classy ones. So there are some overlaps between FB, IG, Seeking. Please don't generalize what I said here. When you create an account on any "dating" website you will almost immediately begin getting hits from women on that site. Mostly these are from fake accounts maintained by each "dating" website in order to convince you to pay for a subscription.

It's simple. Every similar website from Match to Seeking makes money by convincing men to pay for a subscription. If the only hits you receive in the first few weeks are from a couple of 50+ women you're probably not going to spend $100 or more to talk to them. But, if it appears that dozens, or hundreds of women are dying to meet you, cha-ching.

If you spend the money you can probably find some women on Seeking. You'll probably spend at least double what you would spend elsewhere in order to have sex with them and not all will be interested in sex until they are certain you're a good investment.

Seeking is set up for women seeking some type of arranged support, however some women use it for simple prostitution because they can usually get paid more.

If you expect to travel frequently to Medellin, or you wish to find a woman who will happily let you pay her monthly bills, Seeking might be perfect for you. If you're just making a first trip and hoping to get laid, there are many other options which are cheaper, easier and more reliable.

This may help. All the people posting here are still alive. Most have visited Colombia more than once, some live here. 100% of us were new to the country at the time of our first visit. If that is not reassuring or encouraging enough it may be best to stay home.

Why? If you've spent time in Colombia you should have noticed that there are many thousands of girls waiting to satisfy your desires, with new ones coming everyday. Why waste time searching for 2 girls, who may be dead, retired, married, no longer in the country or no longer young, fit and attractive?
