Then he said he'll process and send the case to TN police (TN is my home state). At this point I asked him again what his name was and which station he was calling from. He gave the name and cut the call, didn't mention which particular station.

Obviously I don't believe for a single moment that he was a genuine police officer.

I was able to stay calm mostly because of the existence of this forum and the many experiences posted here by fellow ISG'ians. So a big thanks to all of you. Please be warned of this and never give in to these blackmailers.
