Posts: 107I was in Cap Haitian back in 2022 before the gang situation really got out of hand and I was chilling. I have a friend who goes to PAP and while he says its very dangerous areas he says just stick to Petionville. And he saw many non-Blacks there. Not tryining to say PAP is not dangerous because I will be lying but before the gang situation Petionvile was safe. Also the 90's was a very bad time in Haiti.

Posts: 648I recommend you go to Puerto Plata and get the Haitian girls there. Much safer. Petionville is a warzone too. And all the hotels and restaurants and bars overcharge you 10 X if you are white. Because they can. It's there country and they will financially rape you if they can. Tripple the charges on the menu after you eat your meal and not let you see the prices quoted. On my last trip there I was the only white person I saw, except at the airport when stupid doctors and dentists were there on missions of mercy for 24 hours and quickly got the heck out of there too!

Posts: 648Sorry, my last trip to POP was in 1999. Was too dangerous back then. Even at the casinos like El Rancho, where I stayed, in the mountains. Step out of the airport and you are mobbed by mooches, vendors and thiefs.

Well unless I have at least basic recent & relevant info in the thread, there won't be much to share as you might guess.
Yes Barak and the streets around are pretty busy but I don't know the rates. I went to Wilfrid (or Wilfried, can't remember) club, it was cool inside (to my liking), be aware of the loud music volume. But the girls have a lot of energy inside, you call them and they dance for you (you will have to buy them a drink or discuss the tip with them). They have pretty nice attitude, but honestly don't expect the finest in term of body, there are a few that actually are really well packed, a minority. There a similar club, just accross the way, the line up is so so. But the same apply there. Be carefull of you belongings and check the money they return as they tend to forget or miscount.
I went to Barak, but that was not my type. I believe there were professional dancers yesterday when I went, they were kind of performing on the dancefloor, but it really did not look like any kind of mongering. This place is expensive.

Posts: 112It's been three years since I roamed the streets of Petionville but I have to imagine that barak club is still the place to go for pricey FL'ers! No Idea about the going rates in 2022. I'the also love to hear some fresh reports! I love Haiti and would love to return someday when political stability has returned and gang chaos has calmed down.

Posts: 52If anybody could share some fresh info about the places to go to in PAP (or even other places) ? Clubs, restaurant, animated streets by day / night, whatever up to date info. Yes, I read the warning about safety, still I'd like to know.

Posts: 31I flew to Port au Prince from Santo Domingo and stayed in Petionville for a week. It was horrible. You are told not to leave the hotel and walk on the streets. I decided to see for myself and walked a flew blocks to the main road. Turned around and walked right back to hotel. You will stick out like a sore thumb.

Is that a real worry? I am white, by the way, and would not blend in. My French is pretty good, but from the Haitians I meet in the USA, that hardly does the trick.
Glad to read that your life is going well!

Posts: 52If you look around on instagram you will find many very pretty Haitiennes claiming to be models with very provocative photos. Just looking at those photos is enough to make a man seriously consider Haiti. Consequences be damned LOL.

Late follow up, but I just visited in December and there is no travel requirements. Health Officials will ask you questions at immigration and ask for your local phone number.

Hello,
I'd like to go for a trip to Haiti, I hear it's easier to dredge there. I currently live in Paris and here it's complicated, the women are distant and not very friendly.
I would like to find more friendly women. I am ready to leave Paris to live a real adventure.

Posts: 1266I am thinking of giving Haiti a go by flyin in to PAP. But then going to Jacmel. I like the beach and sex at the beach is so much more relaxed than in a busy town.

It has been a while since I was here. Not on here to monger but to advise. Be careful. The streets are dangerous in PAP. You are safer to be with other guys. They are kidnapping a lot here so definitely don"t monger on the streets at night. There are lots of hotties still running around looking for some business. I have been married now 8 years and have not regretted it for one minute. I have a beautiful 5 year old girl that will be six in may. Smarter than I ever was. If you are looking for a woman that will treat you like a man, this is the place. If you are just looking for some no attached nookie, this is the place. And they will never turn their back to you when you are ready for some hot loving, this definitely is the place. But again until this shit slows down be careful.
Signing off.
THE HAPPY BEAR.
