I used to live in Bkk but left 3 years ago to go and live in the Philippines. I'm in Bkk now and this is my first visit to Thailand in 3 years (I will be going back to the Philippines at the end of next week).

Whilst living in Bkk I was a regular for many years at one of the gogo bars in Patpong and got to know the mamasan. She moved bars a few times but always told me where she was moving to. She hadn't seen me in 3 years and had no idea I was coming, but spotted me straight away well before I spotted her.

Anyway, I went in and had a beer and had a chat with her, and she told me she had a new girl for me, and arranged and brought the girl to meet me one afternoon last week and I took her to a s/t hotel. She was my first Thai in 3 years!

I am not the right person to ask about sideline / fiwfans site type options. Bangkok has 3 public holidays this week starting from Wednesday, at least 2 of them are buddhist days so will be no alcohol. I would assume Nana and Soi Cowboy will be closed for 2 of these days?

Anyone know the exact days and if Nana Plaza etc will be closed this week?

Bars will be closed the 13th & 14th nationally, I don't know about a third holiday.
