A few years ago, there were a couple of live music bars in Patpong that were perfect for this. I had my apartment in Silom Soi 4. When I was bored on any night of the week, I'd head down to the bar have a few drinks, chat with a beautiful Thai girl and take them back to my place. These weren't freelancers (they didn't want any money at all). They were just some locals looking to have a bit of fun.

Some of my best memories were when I lived there.

Went there recently and, contrary to some reports, it's hopping and full of spunk. The girls at Crazy House are a bit older and fatter than before (aren't we all?) but at least they are still naked. I did not check the inside of Tillac or Baccara, but from the outside it looked like business as usual.

One thing I like the most about BKK is the bars with live music and girls with day jobs who come here to f*ck you for 2000 Baht [thereby doubling their daily wage], usually with a couple of girlfriends for moral comfort (in the bar, not in the sack). I picked up one such named Jeannie at the first music bar in Soi Cowboy on the left as you enter from Asoke (name unkonwn? But you'll hear the guitar amplifiers from across the street). I spotted her friends again later at an upstairs bar on the right that was opened later than the official 2 am closing time. But in the meantime, Jeannie had provided great companionship in a full-service GFE sort of way!

Saturday:

Wood Bar: 800 baht BBBJ+DFK (slightly regrets this one, in a blowjob bar after all: p). Good service but few girls (around 7-8 PM). For Chrome bar B2 be etc the girls need to better looking in my opinion (same owner and girls).
