I'll recommend you stick to good spas (google pics will help you identify what is good and hygienic). They take care of LE action. You need not worry.

There are reviews of Tuscany in CP being a good spa. Karol Bagh is another good area nearby and you can search for it on the forum I guess. Though I don't have personal experience in these areas.

If you are going to gurgaon sometime (it's closer to airport if that helps you in planning), I have seen Am-plus Am-bliss spa and health center (the one very near to a metro station) to be a good and hygienic place.
