Bro,

I suggest you book the hotel. That way you will be more comfortable and need not pay anything in advance. Moreover, I have heard many instances from fellows mongers who went to the hotel booked by the SP / indie and the room was filthy.

One more tip. Try not to book the hotel in the same locality where the SP or indie resides. You will anyways be paying the cab charges.

Tell them you'll book the hotel and ask them to send the therapist to the hotel and you 'll pay for their travel too. Genuine sp shouldn't have any issues. Only fake ones will try to milk you in any possible way.

Just ignore and block them and move to next ones.

Always meet the gal in the lobby and then escort them to your room instead of calling them directly to your room, this way if she's not well behaved or if you suspect something, you can easily escape.
