There isn't any $ 45 option. It's also not necessary, IMO, to take a 3 month membership. There are enough leads in a 1 month membership. The number of new profiles joining in months 2 & 3.

Is not worth the extra cost.

Here is what I can suggest you bro in case you remember her SA ID or profile. Make another ID on SA to first ensure that she is the same girl. If she has indeed blocked you, you will see her active on SA. That helps you weed out the confusion and help you be in peace.

After that I guess you can take it slow or use that new ID to chat with her and see how things go. That is if you are desperate for her.

Bro! I have certain rules which I follow for my mongering. I don't fuck where I live or work no matter how easily approachable a gal is because I think it can get ugly and embarrassing. If you still want to do then I would suggest give it sometime and it will eventually happen. So don't force too much also she's a newbie so make her comfortable I would suggest.
