The one you want is JUST over the border. Let me think of the best way to tell you how to get there. Enter Mexico and go make the you-turn as if you were going right back to the USA. About 1/4 mile or less from the border, there's a pedestrian railroad crossing to the east. I'm usually on a motorcycle, so I just ride through like a pedestrian. Not sure how you get to that street with more wheels. Let me see if I can Google up something more useful.
