Day 4 - decided to give Soi Bintabaht a try. Pretty similar to Soi 80 and 94, with lots of bars open but not a lot of girls or customers. Each one has a little thatched roof, so if it's raining and you want to go next door you get wet in the little gap between bars. Walking up the Soi as you cross the railway line there are two bar areas left and right. Each has several small bars (mostly open), but not a lot of customers and not a lot of girls (most average standard). If you turn immediately right after crossing the line and walk about 200 m there is a similar area on the left. Overall a nice area but needs a bit more activity.

I'm not certain what you mean by the end of Soi 94. According to google maps it continues past Wonderland for some distance before turning right. It then heads parallel with the railway line until it turns right again and becomes Soi 88.

As a matter of interest, saw a train headed south out of Hua Hin at about 10:30 pm last night. I assume this is the night service to Trang.

Bar fines (or ST upstairs room fee) I paid were either 300฿, 400฿, or 500฿.

Another good report. If you want to be the King of a bar, Hua HIn is a good place to go. Not hard to find small bars with no customers. This area hasn't changed much at all since back in June, just one noticeable thing, listed at the end.

The entry end (eastern) near the 7 Eleven still unfortunately has many closed bars.

But from a third of the way along until the railway end of the Soi, everything is pretty much open.

All up there would be 40 plus bars along this Soi, and over 200 working girls.

A very wide mix of girls from SYTs through to MILFs, even GILFs.
