I have been trying to pay for SA membership from Hdfc credit card and debit card. But it's been declined as SA doesn't follow rbi guidelines as told by hdfc helpline. Someone please help me guide as to how I should pay for SA membership.

Thats not a redflag. Most including me would not like to waste time on Coffee meets. Only those who ask for allowance for coffee meets are to be avoided. Many would not like to be seen at Public place.
