Answers for most of your question depends each individual.

It's always better to have 2 to3 long term arrangements and hit other girls occasionally when you feel need of trying something different. Never ask anything in SA, first get the tele ID and then exchange messages. I would prefer to have small talk before asking for price.

2-3 is always better than 1 (even if you don't intend to see multiple people regularly) for long term. The girl can stop seeing you without notice, for any number of reasons and its good to have backup.

No truer words have been spoken. As such the conomy is dwindling, on top of this, the simps continue to ruin and wreck havoc on our lives. LOL. This simping behaviour done by the desperate guys are trickling down to girls making easy money day in and day out.
