Nobody is updating Yokohama lately so here I go!

Kira Kira (formerly Mermaid) in Yokohama is a soap that has long allowed foreigners (YMMV). Best to have some basic Japanese and good manners, since the main reason they'd refuse anyone is for someone who doesn't follow common sense rules. This is much more important than your speaking ability, though I think you'll enjoy things a lot more if you can tell the girl what you want.

The location is very close to Hinodecho station so if I don't have a connecting train to that station I might ask a taxi to take me towards Hinodecho station but tell them to drop me off 1 block before actually arriving. I don't have time to write an in-depth guide now, but the website shows girls and their schedules. You can reserve a girl ahead of time and show up, or just walk in. Since I go solely out of curiosity, I just show up. There is usually 1 or 2 girls free (there can be 4+ girls working at a given time), but it's possible that no girl is free and you have to wait.

If you step in, the first thing they ask you is if you have a reservation aka "yoyaku". There is a waiting room for customers where you sit down at a booth while you wait. They give you a number chip to identify you (i.e. same as a coffee shop). Then they ask you if this is your first time, and where you are from (I. E. USA, etc.). The rates are 50 minutes for 18000 yen, 70 minutes for 26000. I have never been charged a different rate for being a foreigner, I've always paid the advertised rate. If you ever seen a sign with those minutes and those prices or higher, it is going to be soapland or something comparable. The market is very competitive in Japan and certain prices are for certain things assuming the customer is Japanese. As a rule, don't go places that target foreigners, just go to places that allow them. You will get much better service.

It can take a few minutes for the girl you pick to be ready. From stepping in to getting the girl, it was 5-10 minutes for me. Probably much longer if you went at peak times, so don't.

No FS place will ever promise sex, they just supply a room for you to meet the girl. You will then fall in love and probably end up having sex anyways. Right. It needs to be said that hanjobs, blowjobs, anal sex for money are 100% legal in Japan, so places like delivery health will advertise those things but don't dare promise full sex aka honban. Wink.

If you say this is your first time, they will go over the rules in detail. Kira Kira happens to have it in English. In future visits say you've been here before to skip that. The rules are common sense and if you weren't going to obey them without being asked, then you shouldn't be going anyways. They are: Don't hurt the girl, don't rape the girl, don't hurt the girl, etc. I mean come on, just don't. Normal people don't have to be asked, but it has to be spelled out for those who don't know what they're doing or at best are on the borderline of being too rough. Anyways, that's what the most important rules are and everyone whether Japanese or foreigner has to follow them.

Some girls are more attractive than others, some better service than others. Obviously the better girls are simply more likely to be busy. If you just walk in, you can expect a decent looking girl in her 30's, most likely she will service you properly and make sure you are worshipped and have a good time. But every girl is different. I hear there are better soaplands, some costing more, some charging extra for foreigners, but they aren't my thing in general so I went 3 times out of curiosity. Just wanted to share what I know.

For young girls in early 20's, look for my oppai pub guide in the Tokyo section. Only a few soaplands have 20 year olds that are also attractive, and many do not take foreigners anyways. People don't go to soapland for young girls, they go to be sexually worshipped.

Been a long time so I took a daytime stroll in the old Hinedecho area. Found a place that lets us foreigners in called Mr. Dandy. It's in a cluster of places that don't cater to us so I was surprised when the touts said ok. Only words they told me were "no penetration. ".

Use of Google translate helped so I took the hour course for 21,000 yen. I didn't select a girl they found one for me. She was decent, about 33 short hair and nice medium sized body. There are about four or five shops in Yokohama, but for the prices are cheaper bu not worth the quality you get, it's just best to go to the next city Kawasaki. If you are just in the area, and want a quick release, its good, but not worth commuting for.

Went for a Christmas monger in Hinodencho. Tons of Taiwanese girls this time of season. Bargain enough with the touts / mama sans and you can get your rocks off for $. Pretty mediocre covered stuff but if you're into that then Hinodencho after 10 pm is your place! Hit about 3 off the grid AMP's. All extremely mechanical, and the women like old sacks of leather. Had a daytime trip up to Camp Zama area and walking out the Gate 4 pedestrian gate going towards train station there were a few rub and tug places. Took a stop by one and found the service agreeable for a daytime visit. I'm sure that as the evening draws near the activity picks up, but they seem to be a few nice places for an "Afternoon Delight" if you are looking for one.

Been awhile since any new posts so I thought I would add a few.

Yokohama: Made a walk through the old Hinedocho area on Thursday. 1st stop was the strip club near the KFC. Went there and was turned away, since they said the show would start at 10 pm (it was 8 pm when I arrived). No luck there so I just started to walk around, and finally found Mermaid. I went in and the old lady at the door pointed to the menu with the price, when another older man came up and told me in broken English too busy tonight for me and to come back on a Friday. Funny thing as he was turning me away a Japanese man was allowed to enter. Oh well, no luck there. Finally after walking around, I found a small whole in the wall massage place called Yokohama Penguin. I asked if foreigners were ok and he said ok. Looked at the menu and opted for the 9000 yen option. Didn't get to pick provider, but out came about a 3 on scale of 10, pudgy belly and nothing much else. At least she spoke some English. Took me to a small room not much larger than a walk-in closet, and went to a shower not much larger than an airplane bathroom. Mediocre shower and back to the room. Provider was going to give me a BBBJ, but I opted for CBJ and only an HJ. Overall attitude of provider was actually nice albeit not too great on the looks. Would I go back, probably if I had a choice of provider.

Yokosuka: My favorite massage provider has gone back to China I was told so I tried a new provider. Big mistake. Mechanical HJ, no touching allowed. Waste of 10000 yen. Near the DoCoMo shop on the One Way next to a Japanese hotel was a massage place on the 4th floor. The provider's face is on the sign and goes by name Lillie. For the HJ, provider wanted an extra 1000 and I was a bit upset about that since the guy told me that was included in the original price. Overall, the scene has changed in Yokosuka and Yokohama. Gone are the days when even a foreigner could actually have a great time especially in Yokosuka Honch with the many soapies that were around before Shore Patrol started putting the screws to anyone going to them. I guess I am venting as an old man.
