The thing is, she does send live locations, and they are in Riyadh. The same live location always. But her consistent argument is that no meeting before payment. She gives me names of Filipina persons in the Philippines to send western union money to them. She never accepts cash, iTunes or even a casual meeting (no sex). She sends voice notes with a clear Filipina female voice but never accepts video chats.

Thought I'd contribute. Been coming to Saudi for a couple of years now and was looking to meet up with someone on Skout. Met a cute girl who said she does massage but only at a spa. Turns out she is working at a spa two blocks from my hotel so went to check it out.

This one is in the lower level of the parking garage in a local hotel. There was a sign and the spa door was open and the space was illuminated with red light. As I stepped in, there was a very strong and foul odor. I couldn't tell if it was coming from the spa itself or something in the garage, but it was off-putting. As I was talking to the guy at the reception desk, he seemed not terribly interested in business, didn't recognize the name of the girl (to be fair, I had gotten it wrong and said the wrong name, but no girls were to be seen either), wasn't interested in finding it if I had mistaken the name, but the smell was strong enough, and the condition of the spa itself looked poor and unattended to (of course, seedy spa, seedy looks). I'm a long time reader of this forum but this is the first time I'the post anything here. Obviously a lot has changed around here from pre-2019 with the introduction of tourist visas and lax rules around hotels and lodging in general. It's become easier than before to arrange a hookup but it's still very far from being close to nearby places like Bahrain and UAE.

I have met many many Russians and Ukrainians who posted ads on online escort sites, they all stay usually in large hotels and ask for selfie verifications over WhatsApp to provide you with their room number. The cheapest I've seen cost around SR 2000 and some go up to 5000 depending on their looks, but it takes a great degree of perseverance and a lot of patience to wait for days until you get to finally meet with them.

I have also met many Saudi women who were open minded and interested in FWB type of relationships. They were mostly working in the medical field, and it takes some time and effort to go on dates with them, taking them to expensive restaurants and coffee places and buying them gifts and nice things before eventually taking them to an air bnb for private fun. Most of my encounters here have been unsuccessful, but for the ones I've actually taken to an air bnb it was well worth the effort. I have not kept track of how much money this has involved but I estimate that I spent between SR 9000 and SR 20000 for each person I met aside from gifts, restaurant and hotel fees.

Willi is right, this is a popular scam. You can have some fun with them, though. Just send a message on whatsapp saying you have arrived at the hotel, apartment, or whatever they say they are located. They're not there, so you don't have to go to the hotel or apartment. Just tell them you have the itunes cards, and they will ask you to send them a picture of the itunes cards as "proof" you aren't lying to them. You then tell them to come outside to pick up the itunes card. When they refuse, turn the tables on them and demand they send you a picture taken from their room of the car outside the hotel. Then ask them to look outside and tell you what color shirt you are wearing. Of course, they can't do this because they are located in Nigeria or India or some other place. Keep stringing them along and you'll see how frustrated and angry they get. I did this once and it was quite fun.

I tend to stay away from the Africans they seems like bad news to me. The Filipinas are a safe bet but they are mostly looking for a relationship and they are hard to meet. I believe there are 3 kinds of Filipinas on dating websites:

1-are the house maids which in my experience are a huge waste of time. They will never meet in person and the most you will get is maybe nudes and a cam show.

2-the company workers. Restaurant staff, the maids that work for companies and hotel staff. Those are okay to go after. Usually they will have one day off a week and are easy to meet. Their company driver will drop them off at the mall you just have to go pick them up, bang them and bring them back.

3-the nurses, the teachers, the flight attendants, those are god tier. They have absolute freedom to come and go as the please. They would spend days in your apartment and no one would ask about them. The thing is they are difficult to hook up with unless you are white, rich and have a decent alcohol stock.

Unfortunately most of the girls on dating websites are the house maids but that doesn't mean it's not worth it to build a decent dating profile and try to find something decent. I personally don't mind severely lowering my standards and crossing some moral boundaries to get in their pants if you know what I mean.
