I think one thing is that spas have become so popular and many people pay high prices also. So girls also become choosy when they are earning very good amounts of money (often much more than us folks).

Another point to note is that while ISG bros would likely be the better of the lot, but a good chunk of Indian men (and women too) do not keep their hygiene levels good. It is also common talk for therapists in their staff rooms that so and so girl did a lot of BJ, then caught some infection. Better not do it at all.

So then they reserve BJ only for their special clients who visit them often and also look hygienic.

Most Indian Spa Girls are uncomfortable with giving a BJ. Why I don't know.

My take on this girl is that she is only good for a fuck. Cute girl and a good body but do not expect DFK. Not a dead fish either but yes, typical north indian natak. She'll try and arouse you too with her hindi talk. Zero massage skills, not even keen to put that effort.
