Brother, firstly you need to tell us when this happened. If it has happened within the last 72 hours, I would recommend you to immediately start taking Post Exposure Prophylaxis (PEP) medication (tablets for 28 days). You can consult a HIV specialist and they can provide you this tablets. It has to be taken within 72 hours to be effective and once you start taking the tablets you must not not stop for 28 days. If you miss even one day the medicine become ineffective. These tablets which usually come in a bottle would cost about 2 k to 3 k for the 28 days course. So this should be your first step and the most important one.

As far as the tests are concerned, no test on this planet can determine your HIV status until you have passed a minimum of 11 days from the date of potential risk exposure (the day you had this sex with Afro) and this test is called the PCR test. However, the PCR test is usually not prescribed unless very much needed. So the next option for you is to go for a 4th Generation HIV Test (p24 Antigen and HIV1 & HIV2 Antibodies combo test). This test can detect a HIV positive in 95% of people after 21 days from the date of exposure. If it is negative, you will be recommended to go for a repeat of the same test on the 90th or 91st day. And if the repeat test is also negative, then it is 100% confirmed that you don't have HIV.

As far as the other STDs, all major labs will have those tests and you can always use a fake name and fake number (or mongering number if you have one) if you are not comfortable in sharing your identity. Even if you share your original information, these labs are bound to follow confidentiality about the patients information unless asked for legal purposes by an order by police or court.

Can understand your situation right now. No general doc in these cases. Go to specialist ASAP and get tested whatever he suggests. Most of the doc working in big hospital have private clinics its your option either to go his private clinic or to the big hospital itself. She guided me into the spa and assigned a girl. The room was small just enough to keep the bed. Changed into disposables. The NE girl was chubby and dusky. Did okayish massage. Her techniques of stretching and pressure was not to my liking. 30 minutes into the massage she asked for extras. I asked for B2 B and BBBJ. After negotiation she agreed for 3. 5 k. The receptionist is dark skinned south indian girl. She will try to push you for 4 hands for 3 k. There are three rooms and only one has attached washroom. The other two have a smaller common washroom. You would have to come out from the room in towel to go to washroom. The first time I visited she took me to the room and told me the extra rates for the therapists before the massage started. South Indian therapists charged 1. 5 k for THJ. Next time opted for 4 hands and got BJ from one of them for 4 k. However the massage from the therapists is terrible and they are only interested in extras. They are also offering FS if you carry your own umbrella. However I am not sure about safety of this place. Also something weird happened here last time I visited here.
