You can enter the country if your passport is stamped with a US visa valid more than six months. No other formalities are required to get a Phil visa.

Very good report for spa lovers? I too stand firm on checking line up on counter and negotiate all there. Some spa manager refuse to show before paying but later surrender if they have good staff. Another tip would be to carry your own cover. In some situations it could lower the FS damage significantly as the therapist can avoid paying the spa's cut.
