Along with weak men Nobody else wants to join the military because anyone with half a brain can see how govts are world over and you are basically there is no point in risking your life for corrupt leaders and businesses who don't give a shit about anyone except their own profit and gains.

Even in India only people from lower socio Economic strata of society are still crazy over joining up for military or govt jobs.
