True words bro. It's actually funny to watch Guys getting laid of after 10,20 years of working in companies crying about getting fired. I don't know where they had the notion that they have security of tenure as in govt jobs in the private companies they were working for. No business will take loss when it can make a profit. I believe when one is spending time with kats they all start with sob stories to make you emotional and squeeze as much possible.
