I saw that Casablanca seems to be the only place open on Sunday. Any other suggestions?

According to google both Dolce Vita and Kalabria are open. Talent is prob low on Sunday but at least it's something.

Do you guys know if you can set up a time for Uber to pick you up at the airport in Rio while in the states. The Wi-Fi wasn't working atGIG when I was there last time. I did a quick search to my hotel in ipanema and you can get a black car for 95 reals. I don't want to deal with taxis or shuttles. Has anyone tried this before leaving for Rio.

Theoretically, yes, and they promise the driver will wait for you in case you're late. However, I've tried it twice (both times in Brazil), and it's never worked for me.

Have not done it but it appears to be possible in the app. Of course you run into the problems of a late flight or early flight. I would hate to be sitting around 45 minutes for an Uber that I ordered to be there later. Then if you get there later he will already be gone and more than likely with your money. Better to stick to that route when you know for sure you will be at the exact point at the exact time. If you get T-mobile you will not have to worry about wifi not working.

However, as I've posted before, there are some very seldom used rooms there, called suites.

Clean, AC, shower, etc.

Also love motels in the area.

I visit the other venues in Rio, but I'm always drawn back to the girl, the diamond I can find in VM.
