I tried using jkforum. Even with google translate it's seemingly not navigable. I tried facebook massage postings, but the first one I tried was a scam and wasted my time (they give you a general address and then when you arrive tell you they cannot accept cash and to use electronic transfer). I had some ideas of places to go, but I guess most everything has changed since COVID. Additionally, I used to stay in Taipei, Taichung, or Kaohsiung. On this trip I will spend a couple of nights in Tainan, for the first time. Someone help me out here please. When I visited Tainan in 2020, a cab driver took me to some filipino dance club. I think it was called "Riverside". I cannot find the place anymore. It was a club with a showgirls stage, and seating area with a bar behind. The girls wouldn't strip, but would give you a lapdance if asked for.

Does anyone know what I'm talking about and if it is still open?

While we're on this subject, could we compile a list of clubs like these where we can enjoy some dance, drinks and a lapdance. More would be nice, but from what little I know, real public strip clubs simply don't exist in Taiwan anymore.
