Multiple people handle the cash at HK it just depends on the shift. I remember when this happened and you were trying to tell the board that it was HK ownership that had him killed because he was stealing from the club. I'm not sure why yo like to spread gossip on things you know nothing about. Your wingman must know how gullible you are and feeds you these lies knowing you'll believe it.

My advice if you don't want to be shot up in HK is don't post pictures of known sicarios on a public forum and constantly tell the whole world when you will be in HK. Also this advice goes to everyone that posts detailed info on this board especially those of you that talk about how much cash you will be carrying on you when you cross the border. It's not necessary and leaves you open to the wrong person trying to befriend you and take advantage of you. Remember this is a public forum.

HK's owner is too cheap to pay for armed guards unless he really has to. Even managers and captains work only on call when needed, not everyday. The problem with worrying about HK is. Every place you go in Tijuana pays cartels. So its not as if you are safe at a revolution bar with locals and tourists. Nothibg is safe. Mexixo future, its $$, its power is up in the air for the taking. Its not like USA where all this has been decided already.

Tijuana has created a new website or APP for tourists to find information on laws and you can report crimes or a complaint on an officer. For those of you that are unsure about the laws or think you are being harassed by an officer this might be a good thing to have in your phone so they don't think they can take advantage of you.

Was in Tijuana last night & there was about the same number of police & LE as usual. I was disappointed that there was not more police by the Hotel CeCe. There was a few drug dealers there. If there was some the Constuticion & Nino's Hero's that would get rid of the most of the drug dealers. Also noticed that Adelita's was still closed.

They come and go like they have been. More of them seem to walk the street though or hang out for a while.

Made a visit Monday afternoon. Saw a lot of military presence and wondered what was up because it's a weekday, and a slow Monday too.

I did not really understand until I got home Monday night and popped on the news, only to see that 4 Americans were kidnaped in Matamoros (Border town to Texas).

All border towns are dangerous because it is the smuggler's gateway to the US market, and cartels will fight to the death to control the gateway.

Well, at least we got 2 of the 4 back alive.

It's a cartel hit. Sicario walked up to her and shot her point blank. It's not an accidental shoot.

I have seen an old woman selling candies, mumbling "cuanto, cuanto," may be she was selling without paying taxes to cartels.

It could be Sinaloa and jncg killing each other.
