This isn't exactly what you're looking for, but I figured I would put I out here for the benefit of others. There are apartment complexes made just for short visits. They are kind of impressive to be honest. Each apartment has a garage on the First floor, if the garage door is open, that apartment is available.

You drive in, close the door, and walk up the stairs. Upstairs you will find a bedroom, and Bath. There is a small access door on the back wall. Someone will knock. It's designed for privacy, so you won't see them. You pay them for the room, and beer, condoms if you pay extra, and they pass fresh towels and soap through to you. After your time is up. You get back in your car and drive away. You never see a single employee. I wish this system was used more places. It was perfect.

Long story, short: not comfortable and didn't know enough Spanish to do anything about it.

If you have plans to continue to visit Spanish speaking countries what someone else did in high school will not help you. I don't consider that useful advice. Studying the language and then speaking with native speakers will help you. And once you have a command of the language then you can leverage that across all Spanish speaking countries.

It is never a good thing to have a male intermediary when seeking pussy on in the Dominican Republic. I have found that if a girl is helping you the results are better. Punta Cana has a reputation for being more expensive than average that the rest of the country. Do not be afraid to just say no and walk out of a situation you don't like. Watch how things change for you at that point. This is a hustle country. If you allow them to hustle you they will. No is universally understood.

A story from Sosua. I went to get a manicure and the lady asked me for 600 pesos. I told her (in Spanish of course) that I lived in Santo Domingo and I was not going to pay that. My girl in Santo Domingo does a manicure and pedicure for 600 pesos. She then told me 300 pesos and invited me to take a seat in her salon.

Dominicanas are notoriously conflict averse physically. They are quick to resort to weapons. Individuals following you can be a dangerous situation. Goto ground. Buy a drink and wait them out if that what it takes. POLITUR is a better choice than PN if you actually need to seek help from the police.

Heading to PC in a couple weeks. Staying in an all inclusive and they don't sell day passes. Are the ST hotels close to drink point area? What about transportation? I am not renting a car. Are uber or taxis safe and plentiful?

I have been to DR Nights and would not recommend. Has anyone been to Love Dominican Style?

More than 10 years ago, I booked a girl from DR nights 'delivered' to my hotel for few days. She was very pretty (dominican with indian mix), full GFE, very well mannered. I paid around 350 USD / day, but hell, this was my very first days in DR and didn't want to miss one second of the local atmosphere LOL.

Why don't you recommend them? I guess something has changed.

Thanks for that. I will check them out as I definitely want to avoid hunting around and organizing stuff. I've also been considering DR Nights, Love Dominican Style, and just going to Black Beards. I like the idea of an all inclusive best, so I'd been leaning towards DR Nights. They are pretty expensive (relatively), but the girls look amazing. If anyone has any thoughts on these options, please chime in.
