You may not have cared, but think of the damage you did for others. Your unbelievable juvenile actions simply encouraged bad behavior by the cops, who certainly don't need more encouragement.

Just for anybody who is reading this, public drunkenness is illegal. An open container on the street it also illegal. Only a brain-dead gringo would do such a thing. One should never give the cops a reason to hassle you. And, if they do, don't give in to their demands for money. Of course this presupposes that you weren't committing an infraction to begin with.

Everybody thinks you deserved whatever you got. Frankly, you were lucky it was the cops who robbed you and not a street thug. You, sir, are a textbook reason why gringos get hassled in Tijuana. Laws don't apply to gringos. Until they do. SMDH.

How did you even get into a relationship with them? I just keep contact with them thru social media, but I rarely ever message them first. I may just like or compliment one of their stories but I don't have daily conversations with them, and every once in a while I may invite one to go on a vacation with me but that's it.
