You can follow my reports in Thailand forum for details on prices. Also in general just spend some time reading the Thailand threads and literally everything has been covered there.

Apart from that return flights will cost around 20-25 k. And 2-3 k per day for a decent hotel.

INR 250-1000 per meal. This is totally subjective. I sometimes ate in a decent Indian restaurant with a proper north indian meal that sometimes costed me INR 1000-1200 but there is no dearth of cheap options in Thailand. It totally depends on you.

Alcohol or Weed will obviously be separate.

Mongering is unlimited so you need to pre fix a budget. 25-30 k range would be fine to get approximately 4-6 solid sessions depending on ST or LT.

5500 for Thai visa and bus and taxi fare will be separate depending on your other travel plans and whether you want to explore the city. Also consider approximately INR 2-2. 5 k to be lost in currency conversions because you never get them at Google rates.

I think less than 1 lakh budget would be very tight if you want to enjoy thoroughly without compromising too much. Otherwise there are people who can do this in 50-60 k also. Reduce hotels to 1. 5 k, go for cheaper sessions, use public transport in place of taxis, eat 7-11 meals or a cheap restaurant and your budget will go significantly down.

The best young Thai spinners in Gogos would be expensive and even CIS and Russians will be expensive. Young CIS will be even more expensive and I don't suggest that for Indians unless you have a huge spending capacity. Also your dating app success can depend on your ability, personality and luck. I don't disagree with you. I am a lazy person to search on the ground. So it's definitely possible that there are cheaper options available specially in an area like Paharganj.
