Meet them outside the hotel. Maybe in a nearby coffee shop / bar, or hotel reception.

That ensures you don't lose your booking money if the girl does not show up (which happens often) or her appearance is not what you expected, or the vibe is not good.

Make it clear that you'll decide on paid intimacy after you meet. If you don't go ahead it generally good form to compensate her for the cab.
