On SA, if you are trying to make payment using a laptop or PC, the card might not work. I had the same issue. Just renewed the subscription. Had to make the payment using the mobile phone. No OTP is generated (Secondary authorization. Which is a primary requirement from RBI). However, got an automated call asking me to confirm the transaction. After the transaction was already done. This happened with Axis Bank.

So try making the payment through the app. Else opt for google pay.

In general, India cards don't work, with some exceptions. They do, if you buy through the google play store.

My account is suspended for 3 days. It happens if you use words like. Escort, payment, allowance etc. Anything that hints at payment for sex.
