Your best bet in Pattaya, as somebody mentioned below, is to try this in one of the raunchier Gentlemen's Clubs.

I had a string of regulars who had come to my condo or hotel for ST since Covid for 1500 Baht. Over the past months, roughtly since China reopened and the Russians started to come, I lost them one by one unless I upgraded them to 2000 Baht.
