As I think is obvious from this thread, Cozumel is not a mongering destination. If mongering is your main focus, go to la CDMX, Guadalajara, etc. But if you're on a cruise, diving, etc. And just want to get laid, you can. Yeah you should have checked California club next door. It is better most of the time I'm told and in my experience and they start at 100 (or have).

Not sure how many ships are in port in the summer but I don't think as many so probably not as many girls either. There were some cute ones in the winter.

Thanks. My post should have said "hotel or airbnb". For some reason Villablanca isn't showing up on my booking site (credit card points) so I'll keep that as a backup if I can't find other options.

I've been looking at Casa Del Mar, Mary Carmen, or Barracuda. Most say "registered guests only" but I was hoping for some first hand reports on how serious they are with that.

I did find a couple Airbnb's that look like houses with street access, so no security or front desk like some of the apartment-like ones, but that could be both good and bad. And they're a little further off the strip than I'd like.
