Oh no, binance is taking too much fee. You can try some other wallet.

Alternatively check for which chain they are using. If I remember correctly BEP20 would have the lowest fee.

But makes use that ISG also uses BEP20 otherwise your coins would be lost in transit.

Also, on binance you can select the priority of the transfer. If it is of low priority your transfer fee should reduce to $4/$5.
