That's exactly how it is. They get a lot of queries and not of clients, esp the young, working, independent class, have too much to spare to bother bargaining for more than a minute at max. Most of such guys are used to buying each and everything at ultra expensive malls, where they are bread not to bargain ever.

And the birds are smart enough to realize that, exploit that. And rest have become bold enough to advertise themselves on public portals to attract more clients. And hence same conclusion.

It's bound to happen, the rate hikes. Can just request like we always do to others, not to jack up the already high rates. But seriously who are we telling that to, when Johny gets a mind of his own, do you think he listens to anyone, or any reason.
