Based on my experience BKK is completely fast paced. You will get different flavor of girls. Thai, Other Asians, Afro, Arab, Russians etc. But there is nothing much to explore other then things related to sex.

Pattaya. You have many day trips, adventures alongside sex but limited to Thai. There will be some aged Arabs at the beach fountain which is nearby walking st. Same applicable for Phuket but without adventures.

I stopped overstaying in these places. Usually not more than 2 days. But moved to other places like Chiangmai, Udon Thani, Hua Hin. These places are laid back and less crowded. You won't see girls falling on your face still and definitely not white skinned girls in 20's. But you will still score with some effort in these places and lot more to do in day time with a bit of long travel. Definitely not ideal if your only goal is mongering.

It's a complete paradise bro. Beer, beach, babes and bikes. All reasonable and in a small area! What's not to like. Over any other place for mongering for me. Unlike Phuket it's built for mangers. That's it.

Honestly, if you want a mix of both mongering and sightseeing then pattaya is a good option (but just for pure sightseeing I prefer Phuket tbh). Pattaya has a lot more indies concentrated in one location (whereas in bkk you have to keep hopping neighborhoods). But for kinkier options like blowjob bars, soapies and BDSM clubs pattaya falls flat in quality when compared to bkk. This is my personal opinion based on my five trips to Thailand. YMMV.

I came back from Bangkok + Pattaya last week.

Pattaya is a must go if you really want to fuck around. Nothing much to do other than Massage + Drink + Fuck. Unlike Bangkok. Pattaya has too many options for every type of budget / kink / face / age etc. Didn't see non Thai's compared to BKK which has a fair share of Afro's + Viet.
